High-volume resistance training -
tailored to develop muscular definition in the arms, legs, and back while maintaining flexibility.
Targeted lower-body exercises -
to build strength in the quads, hamstrings, and glutes for stability and explosive power in jumps and turns.
Core and spinal strengthening -
to create a strong foundation for seamless pirouettes and precise movements.
Stretching and mobility drills -
integrated between sets to preserve fluidity and reduce tightness.
